The spelt grain have a very special aroma, which is very well suited to decisive combinations. Spelt grain is a very appreciated food in the kitchen and considered among those health benefits. Especially the one with the husks, contains plenty of fibers, carbohydrates, proteins, high fat, and vitamins, especially of group B. It is also low in calories and absorbs a lot of water immediately gives a sense of satiety. Popular medicine has always attributed energy, refreshing and intestinal regulation properties. Spelt grain with the husk removed during chemical treatments have lost some of their nutritional properties and are considered of lesser quality.
