Description

The great blue of goat is a cheese made with the technique of the most classic Gorgonzola, but using 100% goat’s milk. The small size of the forms favor the marbling, while the goat’s milk offers a more intense flavor that goes very well with the equally strong hints of the penicillum. Strong and intense flavor, also ideal for closing a meal with a liqueur wine.
