Description

The LATHYRUS SATIVUS, commonly called “cicerchie”, are a legume cataloged in the FABACEAE family. Its production has strong historical roots and is a true tradition. For this reason, the legume produced in Umbria received from the Ministry the recognition of Traditional Italian Products (PAT).
