Description

The lean meat of wild boar is ground to medium grain and fat pork bacon, seasoned with natural spices and stuffed into pig gut. Aged about 40 days in natural environments.
Characterized by a grinding medium grain and a low level of fat, wild boar salami of Umbria Land will be an indispensable delicacy for your table.

DELIVERY notes:

1. All Countries are covered; in case of Custom’s limitations, embargoes or other problems, the Customer will be informed and the Order managed or canceled
2. Time To Deliver (TTD) will be evaluated and communicated in advance to the Customer for the Final Order Approval (FOA)
