Description
It looks like a dark brown to red sausage with a firm texture. It is obtained by mixing, working and bagging wild boar meat with fat pork bacon, after adding spices such as pepper and chilly. The mixture is then stuffed into a pork’s intestine. The sausages thus prepared are left to mature in suitable environment.
DELIVERY notes:
- All Countries are covered; in case of Custom’s limitations, embargoes or other problems, the Customer will be informed and the Order managed or canceled
