“Da DIO delights” guarantees the absolute quality and typicality of its products. All of our suppliers work in strict compliance with the stringent hygiene and health regulations currently in force and their products comply with the standards required by current European Union legislation. Since they are handicraft products (therefore not manufactured in large industrial quantities), “Da DIO delights” reserves each time it receives an Order, to verify the availability of the merchandise and feasibility of the shipment before confirming to the Customer the Order acceptance. All Rates are Duties Free . The cost of shipment, ranging from Nation to Nation and it’s communicated to Customer when he send an Order to “Da DIO delights“. The despatch phase of the merchandise will be activated only after “Da DIO delights” will receive the payment in advance of both goods and dispatch.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CONSUMPTION CODE D.LGS 206/05)
“Da DIO delights” guarantees who products will be delivered equal to those indicated and described in the site and compliance with all product retention rules until delivery at the place indicated in the order. All the products sold by “Da DIO delights” are in the manufacturer’s responsibility. In case of packaged products, the manufacturer is also responsible for the truthfulness and completeness of the information given on the packaging. The images on the site are provided to Customer to facilitate product recognition; due to variations in the manufacturer’s packaging, photos may not exactly reflect the appearance of the delivered product.
As provided by the Consumer Code D.LGS 206/05 (ex right of withdrawal), the “Da DIO delights” customers enjoy a guaranteed or reimbursed guarantee with the possibility of returning the products purchased within 10 working days of receipt, except for the case whether they are products that by their nature can not be sent back. The product must be returned in the same conditions as it was sent.
How to apply for a refund
You must send a letter or an email to “Da DIO delights” within 10 business days of receipt of the goods. In the communication, the Customer must indicate the product or the products for which he intends to exercise the right of withdrawal. “Da DIO delights” will, at its own expense and expense, disclose the product or products in question with the terms and conditions that will be agreed upon with the customer, subject to its own waiver of the return of the above.
The goods will be refunded within 30 days of receiving the communication from the customer.
